Having a quick and easy way to get some clarity and to help you tap into your resources is worthwhile. And that’s what the Self Check In tool does.

And if you’re in work that has some intensity about it, and where there’s a risk of cumulative stress and burnout, it’s really important.

You’d think it’s pretty easy for people to tell what’s going on inside of them, right? Don’t we know if we are stressed or not?

Well the problem is that we often miss  or ignore a lot of the cues about how we are traveling until it’s too late. And even if you know something in your head, it often doesn’t lend itself to paying proper attention to it, or to being able to respond. We’re just not in a place inside of ourselves to do that because we are too busy, our attention is taken up with other things, or we are in too much of a spin with what’s happening. When it comes to your wellbeing and taking care of yourself, this can be a problem, and that’s where something like the Self Check In tool can be useful.

The Self Check In is certainly not some magic answer, but it can certainly help you to pause for a moment, tune in, and to become aware of what’s going on.  And it helps you to come up with things that might be useful in response.

Start making a difference in your wellbeing now.
